Experience with Internal and External auditing
Strong Computer Ability: MS Office, Including Access.
Ability to utilize mechanical inspection equipment.

Highly Desirable:
Experience in Plastics, Injection Molding.
Experience with Medical Industry and ISO13485 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Perform complete changeovers, set-up, troubleshoot, adjustments and maintenance of the Packaging Machinery.
- Help to maintain proper machine functionality, waste reduction, increase uptime
- PM’s- Perform Preventative Maintenance Tasks as needed
- Continuous review of machine safety feature functionality

REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate or equivalent and AAS degree or above in Electrical Technology/ Engineering.
Minimum of 6 years experience in testing electronic assemblies or sub-assemblies in a manufacturing environment and a minimum of 4 years experience in High voltage or CT/X-ray testing.
Experience in basic soldering of electronic components and knowledge of wiring and electro-mechanical assemblies with varying degrees of complexity.
Ability to work from written test procedures (ATP’s) and be able to read schematics and assembly drawings.
Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.

Experience Requirements:
Education Level Required -- High School Graduate. Plus two years formal technical training or the equivalent. Must be mechanically inclined. Able to read and use scales, calipers, micrometers etc.

Required skills:
Linux kernel and device driver development on embedded or PC platforms C and C++

Desirable:
Embedded systems experience
Audio / Video and/or Broadcast TV experience
LinuxTV / V4L / DVB API experience
Digital Media adapter, MythTV and / or IP Set Top Box experience.
Awareness and basic understand of codecsx MPEG, H.264, AC-3, AAC, MP3
Experience with Hardware bring up and hardware software integration

Experienced, expert on all conventional Tool Room equipment including grinding. Must be mechanically inclined and have excellent trouble shooting skills. Must be able to work independently.
